No — physiotherapists are primary contact practitioners, which means you can book directly without a GP referral. However, if you have a referral, we're happy to work alongside your GP's guidance.
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows access to the area being treated. For example, shorts for knee/hip treatment, or a vest for shoulder work.
Initial assessments are typically 60 minutes. Follow-up treatment sessions are usually 45–60 minutes depending on your needs.
